A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience. (Or an acceptable equivalency as approved by the Division of State Human Resources)

- Keying applications into ARS/AAS.
- NEOGOV and/or Human Resources experience preferred.
- Perform background checks, make offers for approved selections.
- Responsible for creating, updating, cancelling and closing announced position master files.
- Schedule and process new hires and ensuring that all steps have been completed.
- Review selection packets for accuracy.
- Responding promptly to tasks and special assignments as needed.

- May be required to have experience in CRT and/or personal computer.
- Three (3) years of clerical, secretarial or administrative experience.
