Job Description
Job Responsibilities


  • Keying applications into ARS/AAS.
  • NEOGOV and/or Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Perform background checks, make offers for approved selections.
  • Responsible for creating, updating, cancelling and closing announced position master files.
  • Schedule and process new hires and ensuring that all steps have been completed.
  • Review selection packets for accuracy.
  • Responding promptly to tasks and special assignments as needed.

Minimum And Additional Requirements
State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience. (Or an acceptable equivalency as approved by the Division of State Human Resources)
SCDC Minimum Requirements
  • May be required to have experience in CRT and/or personal computer.
  • Three (3) years of clerical, secretarial or administrative experience.
