Join the Chase Human Resources Team and be part of an innovative and evolving Human Resource organization, who consults with Chase leaders to design people strategies, develop people leaders and deliver business results along with a great employee experience.

Role Summary

As a HR Business Advisor reporting to the HR Business Partner Head of Chase Travel, you will proactively partners with senior LOB business leaders and other HR partners to drive business/people priorities forward. You are an integral and active member of the business management team and report to the HR Executive for an LOB and have a matrix reporting relationship to the business leader(s).

JPMorgan Chase is building a full-service travel business where customers can plan and book trips ranging from a simple domestic flight to an extravagant safari. This new Chase Travel business includes the acquired FROSCH travel management company that supports our premium travel experiences for our Chase customers. FROSCH is Chase’s best-in-class travel business, delivering exceptional customer service, industry-leading expertise, and meaningful travel experiences to our clients. For more than 45 years, FROSCH has been a travel company of choice, building a client-centered service model and employee-focused workforce. Now, as a part of the Chase family, FROSCH is expanding its network to deliver global travel management and luxury travel planning to even more people — all in service of Chase's core mission to help customers make the most of their money.

Responsibilities:

  • Data and Analytics - Provide holistic insights and develop talent strategies to drive progress on business priorities
  • Executive Coaching & Relationship Management – Advising and counseling sr. leaders on sophisticated organizational, leadership and people matters; Act as the sr. relationship manager between the business and HR, bringing to bear all the appropriate HR assets in support of the business/people agenda
  • Market Insights and Intelligence – Leverage knowledge of market and talent to drive best practice outcomes around the talent and people agenda
  • People Management – May utilize people management skills to lead other HR Business Advisors and matrix HRBP teams
  • Develop organizational effectiveness strategies and further integrate the FROSCH business to Chase by improving people performance and shaping culture, i.e. organizational design, employee experience initiatives, attrition deep dives, listening strategies, re/up-skilling talent, etc.
  • Oversight & Controls - Protect the firm and partner with business leaders and controls partners by providing objective advice and counsel on risk and people agenda matters; Represent the HR function and business as an active participant in various risk and control forums
  • Talent Development - Design, advise, execute and manage talent agenda for the respective business unit ensuring close alignment with business priorities (Including but not limited to: Compensation Programs, Performance Development, Diversity and Leadership Development)

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Strategic, transformational, innovative and proactive mind-set coupled with strong foundational skills and demonstrated success with organizational design and change management execution
  • 7-10 years of experience as HR Business Advisor/Partner, Compensation and Benefits, Talent & Organization (HR) Consulting, or related occupation
  • Critical thinking and intellectual curiosity with ability to challenge the status quo with demonstrated success maintaining a risk, controls and conduct agenda while holding business accountable for results
  • Executive presence with strong verbal and written communication skills & proven experience influencing, coaching and counseling senior leaders
  • Proven capability to work successfully across a large, global organization with multiple constituents and able to partner with colleagues to influence broader HR strategies and practices for the benefit of the organization
  • HR Business Advisor/Partner experience supporting organizational integration and frontline or field sales and servicing preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative, team-based culture and leverage matrixed organization to problem solve, design and execute people priorities
