Hr Production Director - Looking To Hire Asap!

A stable and established company in the entertainment industry is looking for a HR Director for thier production company. Must have worked in the production industry. This role will mange and streamline all HR operations at several studio locations. This position is onsite - must be able to travel to other locations as needed - and the ability to work with a vibrant team. .
Qualified candidates MUST have:

• Must have worked in production industry
• BS/BA degree - Masters preferred
• Solid experience with recruiting, employee relations, benefits, understanding of payroll and HR compliance
• Able to create strategies and HR initiatives
• Vaccinated required
• Being able to work in a stand alone HR role
• Over eight years of HR management experience
• Oversee HR employees and provide training and mentorship
• Able to work with executives on streamlining HR policies

Direct: $190-200,000- including discretionary bonus
