Associate, Quality Assurance (Temp To Hire)

Senti Bio is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate, reporting to the Senior Director, Head of Quality, to support QA activities at the Senti SSF facility. This role will perform a wide range of Quality Assurance activities including Document Management, Supplier Quality Management support, Quality Assurance review, Auditing of technical source documentation, generation of Quality documentation, and more.

Position requires attention to detail, a quality mindset, good documentation practices, strong organization skills, communication skills, customer-focus, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Perform QA review and data audit for technical reports and other IND-enabling source documentation
• Organize paper and electronic GxP files to enable ease of access and compliant archiving
• Support batch disposition activities including assembly of batch release package
• Communicate effectively and proactively cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders
• Generate and revise Quality Assurance forms, work instructions, SOPs, templates and other documentation with a continuous improvement and user-focused mindset
• Document Management in TrackWise Digital, including document formatting, managing TrackWise workflows, and end-user support
• Collaborate with leadership team to implement quality initiatives.
• Promote Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and adherence to company regulations, policies, SOPs, and guidelines
• Supplier Quality Management including managing supplier change notifications, deviation notifications, supplier questionnaires, supplier quality risk assessment, and internal and supplier audit schedule

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to deal effectively with a variety of internal and external personnel
• Bachelor's degree in life science or related discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications and document management systems, TrackWise experience an asset
• 0-2 years of GxP relevant experience
