Join our Lark HR team as an HR Generalist. You will join a fast-growing company and help shape our hiring and employee experience. This position will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing our hiring teams while managing our stakeholders, problem-solving, and handling various employee relations cases. This role reports to the North America Lark HRBP Lead.
Responsibilities
HRBP
1. Partner with your HR team and assigned business unit to ensure seamless and high quality
implementation of HR processes within the team including but not limited to coordination for
onboarding, engagement, training, offboarding, analytics, workplace services, employee
grievance, event coordination, etc
2. Collaborate with stakeholders and employees to provide HR guidance when appropriate;
including staffing, talent development, and employee relations.
3. Be the ambassador for the Lark organizational culture as well as plan and implement
activities to continue driving employee engagement.
4. Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to
manage each case.
TA
1. Partner closely with Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with
Lark people strategies within approved HC
2. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team [internal as well as internal parties] through interviewing, onboarding, and evaluating candidates. Own weekly meeting and recruitment
dashboards
3. Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both their previous experience as well as culture fit with the environment.
4. Support key initiatives and projects with the Lark team, and other recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results.
6. Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.

- 6+ years of blended HRBP & TA experience in the hi-tech or SaaS industry is preferred.
- Experience in helping global organizations scale.
- Bachelor's degree or above is required.
- Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially hands-on experience in employee relations,
- Experience in project management, change management, culture transformations and independent program driving.
- Candidate should have expertise in local labor law and regulations.
- Ability to multi-task and to work through complexities in an ever-changing and high-growth
- Self-driven and highly motivated for original thinking as well as continuous improvement.
