About the Team
A robust Performance and Incentives (P&I) strategy influences the organization's ability to attract and retain the best talent while creating a strong alignment of individuals' interests with the organization's strategic goals. The Performance and Incentives (P&I) department works on lots of interesting projects in compensation, benefits, performance management, long-term incentives, job family and job level management and relevant areas. Whether it is developing new world-class compensation policies, deeply diving into market research, analyzing big data, and benchmarking. Given the nature of our work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the HR organization.
What You Will Do

• Run analysis on AMS global mobility related historic data (e.g. case statistics, survey results, etc.) to gain understanding of regional business growth patterns, project future business needs and find solutions to optimize current policies;
• Work with other HR partners in global mobility related policy implementation/update and take on additional ad-hoc responsibilities/ projects as needed.
• Handle day-to-day inquiries raised within the AMS region (US, Canada and LATAM) regarding global mobility policies and host knowledge sharing sessions on global mobility topics at company-level;
• Analyze global mobility policies implemented and ensure current policies are in compliance with AMS local regulations and jurisdiction;
• Exam global mobility policies, design and supplement the policy set with local standards (e.g. domestic relocation/assignment policies);
• Benchmark market practices and review prevalence reports on mobility benefits provided in AMS region to testify the adequacy and effectiveness of the current benefit framework for international/domestic permanent relocation and international assignment(e.g. housing budget, relocation allowance, etc.);

Qualifications

• Advantageous to have 2+ years experience with both the compensation or benefits aspects of global mobility programs (domestic and international);
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in a fast-changing environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
• Critical thinking and strong analytical skills are essential for this role;
• Bachelor's degree or above;

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $79800 - $168000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
