Job Description

Human Resources Coordinator will assist the HR team in recruiting, onboarding, learning & development and workforce management responsibilities. This role will help coordinate candidate interviews, complete new hire on-boarding tasks, and provided administrative and operational support to the entire HR team (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Learning & Development & HR Business Partners).

  • Coordination of the Summer Intern Program
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, references and other documents.
  • And other responsibilities as required
  • Assist the Learning & Development and Talent Manager with coordination of training programs and communication
  • Support global and local HR projects as needed, and provide ad hoc support
  • Assist HR staff in preparing for the employee onboarding by updating systems, files, organizational announcements and liaising with IT and Facilities.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Lead with managing candidate correspondence, scheduling interviews, and managing data entry

Required experience & competencies

  • Able to work with many different audiences at different levels within the organization
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
