Job Title: HR Consultant

Location: Rosemead, CA 91770 (Hybrid Role)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload:

• The ER. Investigator is also responsible for providing coaching and guidance to employees and leaders at the Principal Manager and below levels pertaining to concerns that have been submitted. The ER Investigator must have the ability to ascertain and analyze non-complex cases and situations in order to determine and provide the appropriate recommendation(s) to address the issue(s). In addition, this position is responsible for work environment reviews, conflict resolutions, and mediations at the Principal Manager and below levels as applicable.
• With direction and guidance from the ER Sr. Manager, the ER Investigator is responsible for providing recommendations to all levels of leadership regarding remedial and/or corrective actions resulting from investigations conducted by ER, Ethics, and/or Corporate Security in accordance with applicable CA state and Federal laws, and client policies.
• The Employee Relations investigator handles the investigation of non-complex cases related to work environment, leadership behavior, and performance at the Principal Manager and below levels.

Required Skills/Attributes:

• Possesses 5-7 years of HR Experience
• Strong experience in conducting a broad spectrum of non-complex investigations including but not limited to work environment, leadership behavior, and performance.

Desired Skills/Attributes:

• Employee Relations Investigator experience.
• Case Management System experience i.e., Navex and/or Convercent
