An Associate, Capital Solutions will be responsible for a variety of project management at Arctos which includes working directly with the Head of Capital Solutions in the project management for the launch and fundraising of funds, creation of materials, ongoing investor support and communication. Primary duties and responsibilities will include the following:
· Assist in project management for the launch and fundraising of funds
· Assist in the marketing fulfilment process including the creation of materials (investor presentations, returns analysis, PPM, standard DDQ and all other ad hoc investor diligence requests), working closely with the deal teams to respond quickly to LP requests
· Aid in the preparation of materials for investor meetings, diligence sessions and various internal materials
· Ongoing investor support and communications and content creation around LP updates, LPAC and Annual Meeting, etc.
· Serve as liaison between Capital Solutions, Fund Management, and Legal/Investment Professionals throughout the fundraising process.
· Assist Capital Solutions professionals in building relationships with investors; serve as an additional LP point of contact during diligence
· Apply critical thinking and judgement in prioritizing project management of fundraising initiatives
· Assist with and/or manage various firm projects and initiatives
Desired qualifications include but are not limited to:
· Collaborative team player who shares Arctos’ values
· At least one year of investment banking, private equity, corporate development or management consulting experience; Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record (GPA of 3.5+), preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
· Ability to self-direct and manage projects, interact and build relationships with multiple stakeholders
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Technically proficient in presentation skills
· Ability to analyze, evaluate, form independent judgments and think creatively
· Highly detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
