Job Description
Summary
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support in various tasks including document management, procurement, personnel, and various compilation tasks. This position is expected to collaborate with the team members and contracted vendors.
The location of this position is Cartersville, GA.
Responsibilities
  • Office Resource Management: Support the allocation and coordination of site office resources, including furniture, fixture, and equipment to ensure better office condition.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including team members, contractors, and vendors. Support stakeholder engagement activities and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Documentation Update: Assist in project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports with aerial photos (drone remote control included), and other project-related documentation. Manage PMIS online documents. Generate reports and provide updates on project status, and milestones to ensure effective communication.
  • Project Administration: Provide general administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, organizing project files, invoice processing, and managing project-related correspondence.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience procurement process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.
  • 3+ years of prior experience in Administration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience at a construction company.
  • Consolidate work experience preferred.
  • Experience working at global organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.
