Project Manager – Heisenberg II

Hallmark Healthcare Solutions, Inc (HHCS) is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to effectively lead the implementation of Heisenberg II product for clients. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role will be directly engaging with clients to ensure the deliverables are within the applicable scope and also coordinate with other teams within HII to ensure smooth Go-live of the project. HHCS is undergoing a rapid growth and the Healthcare Project Manager will play a key role in implementing and supporting our product use by the clients.

• Conduct elaborate Knowledge transfer sessions to pass on the complete client requirements with all the necessary documents to the technical team
• Create, maintain and update the requirements tracker to reflect any new scope changes
• Understand the client requirements, identify the system dependencies to ensure the project critical decisions are taken ahead of time,
• Design the Roll out approach including complete testing and training schedules and communicate to the client.
• Manage multiple clients at one time.
• Understand the complete provider compensation solution (Heisenberg II solution).
• Evaluate and implements ways to improve system performance
• Assist test team in creating test plans and testing efforts.
• Take part in client site scoping visits, document scoping response and any further questions for a follow up.
• Create training documents and update user manuals to match the scope
• Develop the final project scope and get client sign off for new rollouts
• Coordinating with the necessary internal resources to successfully complete the scope of work on time and with quality
• Manage ongoing work activities including multiple client requests
• Manage all client queries pre and post Go-Live. Co-ordinate and facilitate meetings with clients on an on-going basis.
• Processing any new project change requests

Required Qualifications

• Attention to details, strong analytical skills and ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving team environment
• Positive team player attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships with customers and proven track record of working collaboratively to improve customer experience
• Fluent in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word tools
• Healthcare domain background is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to manage projects with minimum supervision, deal with ambiguity, multitask and maintain tight timelines and priorities in a highly professional manner
• 7+ years of experience
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills while working with diverse audiences that includes delivery leads, developers and business analysts.
