The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized, great communication skills and have excellent time management skills.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an on-site position, here in New York (10036)

Position: No day is the same here at We Create. However, on a "normal day", the Junior Project Manager may work alone or with a team. The successful candidate will undertake the following duties and more as instructed by the Project Manager:

Responsibilities of a Junior Project Manager:

• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports through a weekly sales report.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• To work towards agreed financial and performance targets for each event and the outdoor events function.
• Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines
• Data capture of new customer details always maintaining privacy and professionalism.
• Tracking and reporting project progress
• To assist with the recruitment for all outdoor events.
• Face to face presentations to potential new customers outlining our clients’ products and services.
• Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
• Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders
• Manage all project documentation and event merchandize
• Completion of sales at various points throughout the day.

• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is desirable
