The Role:


We are seeking a talented and results-driven Rebrand Project Manager to lead our company's rebranding efforts. As a Rebrand Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive rebranding strategy that aligns the merged company with our organization's brand identity, values, and market positioning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage


project timelines, and ensure successful integration of the merged company into our brand ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, brand strategy, and mergers and acquisitions, with a passion for driving successful rebranding initiatives.


You will support Acrisure's platforms and lines of business in effectively leading projects with internal partners and stakeholders. This work focuses on building strong stakeholder relationships of trust, creating execution plans at the deliverable level, managing project scope, schedule and budget, capturing and reporting metrics on critical priorities, and providing leadership with timely data and information for informed decision making.


Here are some of the ways in which you'll achieve impact:


  • Rebranding Strategy: Develop and execute a clear rebranding strategy that aligns the merged company's brand with our organization's brand identity, values, and strategic objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather insights, gain buy-in, and ensure alignment with the rebranding strategy and objectives.
  • Timeline ownership: Develop a robust timeline including launch day/post launch elements. Drive discovery of merged companies' key applications in collaboration with the Solutions team to scope out rebrand elements.
  • Post-Acquisition Support: Provide post-acquisition support, including monitoring the implementation of the rebranding strategy, addressing any challenges or issues that arise, and evaluating the success of the rebranding initiatives.
  • Communications: Work in close partnership with the Communications and Client Marketing team to develop a comprehensive internal and external communication plan to effectively communicate the rebranding efforts, maintain stakeholder engagement, and manage change during the acquisition process.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct thorough research and analysis on the merged company's brand equity, competitive landscape, client/region dynamics to inform the rebranding strategy.
  • Project Reporting: Track and report on project progress, budget utilization, and key performance indicators related to the rebranding efforts, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of the rebranding projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management, ensuring smooth integration of the acquired company's brand into our organization.
  • Brand Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, communications, IT, and legal, to ensure seamless integration of the acquired company's brand into our brand ecosystem.


You may be a fit for this role if you have:


  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative solutions, navigate complexities, and overcome challenges associated with rebranding during acquisitions.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, and brand management platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze market data, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes.
  • 5+ years proven experience as a Brand Project Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role, with a focus on rebranding initiatives during the merger/acquisition process.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work well under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives at various levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of branding principles, brand strategy development and brand integration best practices.
  • Solid understanding of mergers and acquisitions processes, including due diligence, integration planning, and change management.


Academics: Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or certification in project management or brand


management is a plus.


Location: Must be willing and able to work in the New York, NY office an average of 2 days a week or as business needs permit.


Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000
