JOB DESCRIPTION

TITLE: (Freelance) Junior Project Manager, Digital & Social Creative Operations

DEPARTMENT: Global Creative

PERIOD: Ongoing

Principal Objective:

Our client is looking for a Junior Project Manager, Digital & Social Creative Operations to manage digital and social programs in conjunction with Online, Social, Global Product Marketing and Consumer Engagement teams. S/he is a natural problem solver who manages every detail of a project, from creative development through to the program details: timeline, scope and resources. Reporting to the Director, Creative Operations Digital/Social, this individual is responsible for facilitating and maintaining project workflow and communication between Creative, Marketing, Online and Social teams.

Responsibilities:

• Moderate internal creative review meetings with senior creative leadership by organizing agenda, managing topics and time, and meeting notes
• Facilitate concepting and development of monthly editorial and commercial programs in partnership with the Digital/Social Design, copy and content production teams.
• Manage website content updates and feature releases with Online Team.
• Keep projects on track through streamlined planning and task management on Wrike. Responsible for issuing status reports, and meeting notes
• Juggle complex technical deliveries ensuring foresight on delivery issues and creating mitigation plans with Online Team.
• Track each phase of the internal and external approval process: including the approval of concepts, layouts and final creative.
• Work with Resource Manager to allocate resources weekly, work in coordination with other project managers in prioritizing projects
• Communicate project issues and resolution to internal stakeholders
• Manage day to day relationship with cross functional teams to understand digital/social pipeline of projects and online platform functionality.
• Manage Social Channel content updates and new feature launches with the social team.
• Set up and lead meetings, and effectively set up the presentation of creative work.

Qualifications:

• Has experience using Workfront, Asana, Trello, Wrike, MS Project or other project management tools to develop project plans, assign tasks and report of program status
• Strong partner to creative and internal stakeholders
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Prior experience working on digital creative, with exposure to web development and product management
• S/he is comfortable presenting creative work and running high level meetings
• 1-3 year’s experience in project management, ideally for an in-house creative team or agency.
• Has a flexible attitude and can work in ambiguous situations
• Is a natural leader with excellent communication skills
• Is used to being the point person for internal or external clients
• Prior experience working on social creative, with exposure to social content creation
• Proactive and positive approach, presents solutions and strives to solves problems
