Job Description

looking for Head of marketing with PMM focus, preferably with Startup experience.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target customers, understand market trends, and define product positioning.
  • Create compelling product messaging and value propositions that resonate with our target audience and differentiate our offerings.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools, training, and support to effectively sell our products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of product marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and sales of our products.
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate leads and support customer acquisition goals.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Lead the development of marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, product presentations, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to shape product roadmap and ensure alignment with market needs and customer preferences.


Qualifications

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and demonstrated expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience managing and developing a marketing team.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B-B product marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful product launches and market positioning.
