Job Description

About the role:

The Head of Collaboration and CX is responsible for the overall Collaboration and Contact Center business in the Americas including developing and managing the UC and CX business, growing pipeline and revenue in line with the regional ambition and leading the Collaboration team in the region.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the Collaboration and CX P&L within the territory: measure pipeline, orders, revenue, gross margin, quality and growth KPIs and staffing levels.
  • Develop and maintain high level customer contacts for the maximization of business opportunities and resolution of conflicts.
  • Maintain Market intelligence and technology awareness and develop the Intellectual Capital of Collaboration and CX in the region.
  • Interface with the Central Collaboration and CX business line to provide feedback on customer requirements.
  • Provide a leadership role in developing and managing the Collaboration and CX business growing pipeline and revenue in line with regional ambitions in combination and leveraging pull-through synergies and capabilities with the Collaboration and CX business line.
  • Management and people development of the Collaboration and CX team including sales experts and solution experts.
  • Provide World-Class Sales and Pre-Sales Support to encompass the relevant portfolio of offers with focus on the Digital Workplace SVP.
  • Assist Sales teams to maximize the sale of services and solutions with Business Development activities by developing appropriate best practices, thought leadership and expertise (SME’s) in Collaboration and CX.
  • Develop, lead and maintain close working relationships with strategic partners in order to create lead generation and promote Orange capabilities through Channels, whilst ensuring alignment with global partnership initiatives.
  • Assist on first time implementations with the delivery teams (GCPE/CS&O) with the solution experts working in agile mode for the development and implementation of new solutions and services via Proof of Concepts and Customer pilots.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience running and Developing Pre-Sales Activity
  • Visionary for taking Orange to new areas in its market place
  • Excellent communicator at management decision making level
  • Requirement for strong business management skills and experience.
  • Proven experience in assisting on first time implementations
  • Superior knowledge of English
  • Extensive proven experience of running a business unit and P&L
  • Excellent Inter-personnel skills
  • Experience in partner management and partner business development
  • Proven track record in customer facing activities
  • Strong People Manager & influencer of stakeholders
  • Proven experienced Business Unit Manager
