Product Manager - Payments And Cx

At GOAT Group, the Product Management team is responsible for driving our vision forward. Working alongside engineers and product designers, we oversee the development of new and groundbreaking tools for both buyers and sellers, ensuring they have the best possible experience across all our platforms. As a member of this team, you will be instrumental in developing new ways to connect our customers with the greatest selection of products from the past, present and future.
In this role, you will:

• Lead a cross-functional team of Engineers, Product Design and QA to deliver new features and/or products, as well as ongoing optimizations
• Ensure alignment and clarity around the objective throughout all stages of product delivery
• Define roadmap, requirements and priorities, working closely with business partners and engineering leaders
• Define detailed product requirements and user stories
• Own product lifecycle from conception to launch, usage and optimization
• Design and deliver solutions and tools for customers and internal teams with an emphasis on user experience
• Create, manage, and execute on roadmaps, consistently evaluating opportunities for improvement, growth, and delivery
• Define and analyze metrics and KPIs to guide product development, monitoring product health and identifying any issues early

We are looking for:

• Experience in product management, with a track record in owning a product or large scale features, taking them from concept to launch
• Experience with CRM and customer service software and automation
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects and engineering teams
• Experience managing software products, payment integrations
• 5+ years of product management experience
• Knowledge of payments and billing ecosystems (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to listen, learn and improve
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven success in motivating individuals/teams across the organization to come together to get things done
• Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and agile delivery teams
• Demonstrated experience driving prioritization, trade-offs and timelines

The hiring range for this position is below, plus benefits (401K, paid time off, dental, medical, vision, disability, life insurance options). $136,000—$170,000 USD
