About the team
We are looking for an energetic senior product leader to join our US TikTok Shopping customer User Growth team.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally in a global environment, across regions and product/ ML/ data/ business teams.
• Responsible for user growth of TikTok Shop (E-commerce business) globally. Design and execute product definition/ launch/ GTM based on global and local peculiarities.
• Define product strategies driving revenue growth on the platform, through in-depth understanding the needs of sellers/ customers/ content creators and other parties involved.

Qualifications

• User-Centric Mindset: Passionate about understanding sellers from different backgrounds and excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally in a globally collaborative environment.
• Experience with tech products : Familiarity with product design/ launch/ GTM, product strategy
• Strategic and Logical Thinker, ability to research and synthesize key findings, with effective planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor degree or above
• Agility & Leadership: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, driving strategies as the landscape evolves. A true self-starter who can influence cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Data Analytics, with a knack for translating insights into impactful product decisions
• Experimentation Champion, proven track record in designing and analyzing A/B tests, driving iterative improvements.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $193800 - $379620 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
