Graphic Designer -- Dco/Programmatic Creative

One of our clients is looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join their Marketing Team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering effective visual designs that bring their brand story to life. You will work hand-in-hand with their marketing team to develop creative concepts that communicate the value they bring to market, across a highly competitive landscape, and collaborate with other departments like product development, customer success, and sales to create engaging designs that showcase a wide array of their technological features and benefits. Your designs will be used across a variety of channels and formats, including social media, email marketing, landing pages, paid media/social, in-person events, collateral and proprietary/custom literature.

Responsibilities

• Assist with video editing and production needs, as necessary
• Develop and design creative concepts that align with their marketing objectives, and execute high-quality graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements
• Test the responsiveness of all assets for all platforms (i.e. email templates, websites, landing pages, etc.) and regularly monitor and report competitive brand information
• Drive development of sales pitch decks, updating content as needed and maintaining for version control
• Develop unique, stand-out advertising creative, in video, animation, and still formats
• Design interactive landing pages, and other web content for sales and marketing usage
• Collaborate with the greater marketing team to develop visual designs for campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, landing pages, and display advertising
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams; ensure all designs are optimized for web and mobile platforms
• Ensure all designs/designed outputs align with their brand identity and style guidelines

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing design, preferably in the tech industry
• A great attitude! Someone who will naturally uphold their culture of collaboration, dedication to innovation, and celebration of the individual
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to deliverables
• Strong portfolio that showcases a range of marketing design projects across various channels and mediums
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Microsoft Office Suite; Also, someone who is up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
• Expert eye for design, layout, typography and color selections
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs on time; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
