The Creative Team is responsible for providing innovative design solutions for various projects related to TikTok and Lemon8 across different regions worldwide. Daily tasks can range from designing product visuals, videos, and branding materials to creating offline event and swag designs.
Responsibilities:
- Drive visual work from conception through to delivery on multiple projects across teams.
- Support the creative development of marketing campaigns and bring creative ideas to life.
- Understanding the product's goals, brand strategy, and local culture.
- Make confident design decisions and bringing others on the journey with you.
- Present ideas and creative work to multiple cross-functional teams in a convincing and influential way.
- Seek and listen to feedback, and using it to push the work further.
- Explore new tools and visual ways to execute ideas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ visual design experience, preferably in both in-house and agency settings
- Bachelor's degree in Communications Design or equivalent, and an outstanding portfolio, featuring unique ideas, integrated campaigns, and aesthetic sensitivity.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities required to be able to produce multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in multiple mediums including a combination of graphic, typography, image & photography. 3D and animation skills as plus.
- Ability to work on a global team across time zones, collaboratively with creative designers and cross-functional teams
- Enthusiastic about design, interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating new ideas into your work

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $87467 - $200444 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
