Black Diamond Coatings, a leading manufacturing home improvement company based in Brooksville, Florida, is seeking a talented and creative Label Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Label Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing visually appealing labels for our retail and e-commerce products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the execution of branded collateral.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-discipline teams to deliver all required design assets promptly and efficiently.
• Demonstrate the ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines, ensuring quick turnaround times when necessary.
• Be highly organized with a keen attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and quality of all design work.
• Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and a strong desire to collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Collaborate closely with the team to create and execute branded collateral, including digital mock-ups/comps, printed materials, and presentation designs.
• Design visually captivating labels for our retail products that align with the company's brand identity and marketing strategies.
• Stay informed about current cultural and design trends, maintaining curiosity and staying up-to-date with industry developments.

Qualifications

• A solid understanding of graphic design principles and techniques.
• All applicants must submit a portfolio.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of printing processes and techniques.
• A passion for visual communication and a creative mindset.
• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
