Global Supply Chain Coordinator

Must-Haves:

• Ability to manage 2+ projects with different supply chain requirements.
• 1-5 years of experience working in supply chain (highly desirable to come from pharmaceutical supply chain background)
• Quality communication to discuss projects between US and Asia markets-will be speaking to high-level executives and international teammates on a daily basis
• BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, macros/micros, etc.)

Plusses:

• Working with SAP
• Pharmaceutical background or experience working in a highly regulated industry.
• Global Supply chain experience vs. just US based.
• Takes initiative and is proactive/ persistent.

Day to Day:

Our large healthcare client is looking for a Global Supply Chain Coordinator to assist in a 5-year project centered around rebranding.

• Accountable for the issuance of strategic and operational reports to track performance to plan (timeline and budget) and to provide visibility to potential issues.
• Serves as an escalation point for the resolution of stock build issues, concerns, impacts, and solutions.Coordinates and communicates with all impacted upstream/downstream sites, market quality, regulatory colleagues as well as other project team leads for status updates so that contingency and mitigation plans can be appropriately scheduled.
• Perform and assist with additional duties as directed by the Supply Assurance Global Lead, and Head of Supply Chain Governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, extrapolate, interpret, and organize complex sets of data to issue reports and presentations which support decision making, project prioritization and communication of supply strategies to senior/executive leadership.
• Define data analytic requirements to support planning, monitoring and execution of supply strategies.
• Leads and/or provides support to other rebranding projects and change initiatives within the organization as required.
• Communicate, support, and interface with global, regional, local teams and sites to plan and execute supply continuity through detailed strategies that may require stock buildup, multiple product cutovers, logistics restrictions and the like as dictated by regulatory policies in each market.
• The Global Project Support Coordinator is accountable for project management support across strategic, operational, and tactical levels to maintain supply continuity and minimize obsolescence during separation and integration initiatives related to rebranding workstreams.
• Assists with managing the execution and monitoring of stock build requirements. Provides active oversight and risk mitigation of stock build execution.
