Summary Of Position
This role serves as the primary global leader for Teladoc’s Supply Chain Operations. This is an executive position reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives which enable the team to meet the needs of our members. This includes leading the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE) responsible for the end-to-end Global Supply Chain, Print Operations, and Procurement.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead continuous process improvement activities and cost optimization initiatives.
• Experience managing a global supply chain with device manufacturing in Asia (China and Malaysia). 
• Maintain compliance with Medical Device Supply Chain regulations partnering closely with Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance teams.
• Ensure we consistently think of our members first and their experience with our supply chain process and the quality/timeliness of this interaction. 
• Ensure Supplier Quality and Compliance by leading teams with regional oversight through inspections and audits.
• Global Process Owner for Plan to Deliver workflow within Oracle ERP system.
• Lead Monthly S&OP Process and manage global finished goods inventory levels to target.
• Lead Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE) for indirect and direct spend.
• Lead projects and actions to successfully focus global operations and supply chain and ensure optimal quality, delivery, and cost.
• Own Supply Chain KPI’s including On Time Delivery (OTD) impacting Member and Client Experience.
• Develop strategies and facilitate implementation of world-class supply chain practices and procedures and support roll-out throughout the business. 
• Represent Supply Chain in Enterprise Councils (EC’s) for each device business unit.

• Experience in the preparation of proposals and the development of contracts.

• Experience with a large manufacturing company utilizing strategic sourcing methods to reduce costs.

• Experience with a continuous improvement methodology (e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma). 
• Organized – Develop, implement, evaluate and adjust plans to reach goals, while ensuring the optimal use of resources. 
• Highly proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google. 

Authorities for Position

• 5+ years of experience managing procurement for a global organization required.
• B.S. required, MBA /M.S. preferred. 
• CPSM and/or APICs certification or other Purchasing/Material Management certification strongly preferred.
• Experienced manager and global leader in supply chain. 10+ years of management experience and 15+ years of global supply chain experience required.

The base salary range for this position is $208,000-275,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonus, RSU’s, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2023 . Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
