Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:

Support global payroll and tax compliance on all equity grants and collaborate with Comp Leaders to provide guidance on all offers.

Liaison with other departments within the Company on overall coordination of the Global Mobility Program (Payroll, Tax, Travel, Finance, etc.)

Manage Domestic US Relocation including service vendors and customer service projects and programs.

Owning reporting to stakeholders of assignment cost, population demographics, and end-of-assignment management

Successfully manage complex tasks in support of program management for Public Plazas, Mobility Hubs and other public spaces for placemaking.

Provide detailed data collection and recommendations to project management.

Manages and coordinates projects and activities between members of the management team, various departments, public agencies, and/or private sector representatives.

Responsible for document management, ensuring that all required documentation is filed/scanned accordingly to employee personnel records

HRIS management and ability to fully utilize technology resources

Counsel on a broad range of global mobility topics such as payroll, benefits, taxes, immigration and relocation

Approximately of 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR/Global Mobility, with an understanding of international business operations

Specific experience with payroll and tax of international assignment programs

Excellent communication skills with employees at all levels

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Coordinate with an external Relocation Management Company to deliver relocation-related services.

Ensure compliance requirements for immigration and other cross-border requirements where needed.

Consult and advise internal stakeholders, particularly with HRBPs, Managers, and TA.

Be the subject matter partner for the candidate or employee, emphasizing a positive and informed experience.

Offer expert advice and guidance to key stakeholders regarding global mobility processes, regulations, costs, and important factors to consider.

Experience with filing immigration requests or using assignment management software

Initiate immigration cases and maintain records using the Global Mobility Assignment Management System

2+ years the equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and /or military experience, preferably within immigration or global mobility

High school diploma, GED, and 2 years of equivalent experience

3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office in a professional capacity, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience within the world of immigration, global mobility and familiarity with all components of the visa
