Experience working for a multinational company with a global associate population

You have experience managing immigration vendor relationship and holding a high bar of accountability for customer delight

Clear knowledge of governing mobility regulations and the associated taxation

2+ years of payroll tax experience preferred

Accounting degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required

Knowledge of UltiPro payroll system

Strong project management skill is required; PMP certification is a plus.

Minimum education and work experience required:

Monthly audit of mobility expenses and updates to finance for permanent transfers

Experience managing multiple vendors, navigating competing priorities and ambiguous projects

KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice.

Advantageous to have 2+ years experience with both the compensation or benefits aspects of global mobility programs (domestic and international);

Work with other HR partners in global mobility related policy implementation/update and take on additional ad-hoc responsibilities/ projects as needed.

Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:

Support global payroll and tax compliance on all equity grants and collaborate with Comp Leaders to provide guidance on all offers.

Manage Domestic US Relocation including service vendors and customer service projects and programs.

Owning reporting to stakeholders of assignment cost, population demographics, and end-of-assignment management

Process monthly payroll for expatriates with leased housing management

Knowledge of HR/Payroll systems and responsibilities – Workday, UltiPro.

Expatriate HR supporting from on-boarding to off-boarding (Payroll, Housing Lease, Benefit and other policies)

Point of contact for relocation, repatriation and related processes to ensure an efficient and smooth experience for expatriates

Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience preferred.

Experience coordinating the full international assignment process; mobility policy management, household goods shipping (multi modal), destination services etc.

Support vendor management of third-party service providers for immigration and taxation

Using the global mobility technology to record data, create reporting and manage assignments

Co-ordinating third-party vendors ensuring services are booked, managed and delivered as required

Fluent English and Spanish language skills are essential

Previous experience working in the Global Mobility, Moving, HR and Relocation services

Serve as IJM’s global expert on compensation and benefits data and practices;

Manage, develop and drive the global annual compensation review process;

Serve as the Global People Support (GPS) point of contact for IJM’s Global HR System (Workday) for compensation, benefits and mobility;

Minimum 10 years of Human Resources experience;

Experience in developing and implementing global grading and salary structure;
