Your Role:

The Head of Product will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, strategizing and delivering new capabilities for the growth of our unique ad tech platform, Companion Ad Tool, and our reporting platform, Companion Reporting Tool, with a specific focus on design, UX, client offerings, and profitability. This is a key leadership role within the organization working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to create innovative solutions to our client’s needs. The person most successful in this role will never settle for the status quo or act complacent, but rather always striving for greater, You Have to Want What’s Next.

In the 1st Month, you will...

● Immerse yourself in BW’s culture, team, and product.

● Establish and cultivate positive relationships with key account stakeholders.

● Define your product roadmap for Companion, gaining executive buy-in, and needed support throughout the organization.

Sharpen your skills in Month 2 by...

● Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for program/tracking product roadmap success and use these to drive continuous improvement.

● Leveraging your expertise by engaging in sprint activities with the engineering and marketing teams and providing them with detailed user stories and specs.

● Relying on your ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, & marketing to ship high-performing experiences.

Execute in Month 3 by...

● Analyzing market and competitive conditions, laying out a product vision that is differentiated, and delivers unique value based on customer demands.

● Using analytics and data to prioritize initiatives while monitoring user metrics and identifying areas of improvement.

● Working with President in validating and developing opportunities to optimize and drive greater performance + profitability.

Desired Skills & Experience:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related field

● 5+ years of SaaS and mobile product management experience

● Experience in Agile development methodologies and project management

● Solid business analysis skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to mentor and motivate team members

● Must be comfortable in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous work situations

● Strong initiative, keen attention to detail, and complex problem-solving abilities

● Proficient in Google & Microsoft Office Suite

● Self-driven with the ability to work independently

● Excellent planning, time management, and decision-making skills with the ability to self-manage numerous projects simultaneously

● Creativity and experience bringing new programs and ideas to fruition

● Worked in a startup or fast-growing organization
