We are seeking an exceptional Head of Product Development & Operations to spearhead our product strategy and operations. This pivotal role will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, ensuring alignment with our groundbreaking scientific approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and execution of the company's product strategy, ensuring alignment with our scientific focus on quantum biology, bioelectromagnetics, biophotonics, bioimaging, and nanomedicine.
2. Drive the development of innovative products targeting the muscular, skeletal, and circulatory organ systems, with an aim to achieve age reversal across all 78+ organs.
3. Oversee the operations team to ensure efficient production, quality control, and timely delivery of products.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
5. Work closely with the Regulatory Affairs Manager to ensure all products are compliant with relevant regulations.
6. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform product development strategies.
7. Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within the product development and operations teams.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Advanced degree in Physics, Biology, or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product development and operations, preferably within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
3. Demonstrated success in launching and managing innovative products.
4. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
5. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Familiarity with quantum biology, bioelectromagnetics, biophotonics, electrostimulation, and bioimaging is a plus.
