Job Description

The ideal candidate would work in a global sales position within the company to achieve growth in global client portfolio. This person would possess strong leadership skills, self-motivated attitude, strong passion for aggressive sales and the ability to develop new business from scratch in a global environment.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new global accounts, through a developed sales process that operates across borders
  • Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets
  • Deliver revenue and P&L targets for all new global accounts subject to countries being open with profitability
  • Majority focus on Freight Forwarding and related activities
  • Coach and mentor country and regional teams where needed



Qualifications

  • Proven manage negotiation and tender process
  • Demonstrated track record of business development with +10 years pf experience in global accounts and sales within the freight forwarding industry
  • Very strong communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
