Global Account Director Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at assigned fragrance accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and work with the sales team to close deals
• Provide regular updates on account performance and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth targets for assigned fragrance accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded
• Attend industry events to stay up-to-date on trends and developments in the fragrance industry

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of the fragrance industry and its key players
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the fragrance industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in the fragrance industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues in a timely manner
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, chemistry or a related field
