Wet Willie’s, a rapidly expanding daiquiri bar/restaurant chain, is seeking experienced manager's for various locations throughout the Southeast. Some of the duties of a Wet Willie's manager include the following:

• Controls costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; ensuring high quality of preparation.
• Responsible for the day to day operation and profitability of your assigned location.
• Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures as determined by Wet Willie's corporate management.

Requirements
Managers of Wet Willie's must have a varied skill set and meet these minimal job requirements:

• Minimum of three years of previous restaurant management or related experience
• Working knowledge of Micros POS system is preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Willingness to re-locate is preferred but not required
• We conduct pre-employment background checks
• Strong math skills and hospitality management related degrees are strong ranking factors
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
