R&D Chef - Fine Dining Restaurant Group- Arizona

Salary is 120-150k dependent on experience with a comprehensive benefits package.

The position will require up to 25% travel-relo assistance!!! Must reside in Arizona

Our multi-unit restaurant group continually adds to the portfolio and we are growing in several major markets across the country. We are searching for an experienced Chef with 7 plus years in research and development. This Chef will have experience in multiple cuisines in diverse restaurant operations.

As our R&D Chef, you will be responsible primarily for new product development and existing product improvement. This will include performing R&D activities to continuously improve the quality, process, and cost of existing products. You will lead in developing and launching new menu items, developing an array of exciting, new products and improvements to the existing menu. In doing so you will work closely with our Culinary team and Co-founders.

This position will also require researching the background of different dishes and ultimately will require a strong passion and knowledge base of current food trends in fine dining cuisine.
