Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation: Create and maintain procurement documents, including purchase orders, contracts, and delivery schedules.
• Solar Equipment Procurement: Source and acquire essential solar components - panels, inverters, controllers, batteries - to keep us shining brightly.
• Inventory Management: Collaborate with our warehouse team to oversee inventory and ensure smooth operations.
• Supplier Management: Foster strong supplier relationships, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any challenges.
• Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our purchasing practices remain competitive.
• Supplier Relations: Negotiate contracts with electrical equipment suppliers, emphasizing quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Strategic Procurement: Develop and execute procurement strategies that amplify our solar distribution efforts and advance sustainability goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years' experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to cultivate positive supplier relationships.
• At least two years' experience within the solar industry, preferably in a purchasing/procurement role.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
