General Manager Assistant Supervisor

Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop, motivate and lead Market Administrative team
• Deliver timely and insightful analysis of monthly results to Market Staff.
• Provide training and develop capability of administrative team
• Manage staff calendars, vacation schedules, and backfill coverage
• Provide strong oversight and analysis into key Financial Strategies and initiatives
• Execute local and national initiatives – Manage project work to successful completion
• Translate strategies into plans that can be effectively executed by Market Administrative team

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of executive administrative experience
• Must have advanced PowerPoint skills and be able to independently create high-quality presentations that include charts, graphs, other visuals, etc.
• Proven track record of managing multiple competing priorities
• Experience with Payroll & Purchasing is preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in leading project roll-outs
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills – sensitivity with handling confidential information
• Travel required- 20% to 40%
• Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced and high-intensity work environment.
• Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure
• Previous leadership experience managing direct reports
• Ability to flex schedule to meet work demands (ex. early mornings, after hours).

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $53,900 - $84,050 based on a full-time schedule
• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
