Responsibilities

• Build rapport with callers of diverse backgrounds
• Gather relevant information and present complex solutions
• Focus on quality and first-call resolution
• Navigate multiple systems while engaging with callers
• Provide a superior call experience from beginning to end

Qualifications

• Annuity experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent experience (Post-Secondary education preferred)
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Experience in navigating complex customer interactions
• Must be licensed with Series 6 or 7
