We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Office Assistant to join our team. As an HR Office Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our HR department, while providing support to employees and management. This is an entry-level position that is perfect for someone who is looking to start their career in HR.
- Support HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Respond to employee inquiries and assist with HR-related issues
- Help maintain HR records, including employee files and databases
- Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientations
- Prior experience in HR or administrative support is a plus
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
