SAGE Dining Services® is seeking an energetic dishwasher/stock and deliveries to join a dynamic SAGE team with a diverse culinary focus, at a beautiful boarding school in the San Jacinto mountains of California.

What You'll Do

• Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots.
• Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile!
• Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.

What You'll Need

• Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
• Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual.
• Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
