A prestigious long standing Fertility group is seeking a medical front office person to join their excellent team! Location is in the heart of Carlsbad and centrally located near freeway areas.


Position: Medical Front Office


Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm


Location: Carlsbad, CA. Zip Code 92011


Hourly Pay Rate: $20-$21 p/hour


EMR System: EIVF


Specialty: Infertility


Providers: Multiple


Start Date: Immediately


Duties


  • Familiar with insurance plans, Insurance Verification
  • Prefer someone with Ob/GYN background
  • Sort mail, make copies
  • Helping patients navigate through an office
  • Determine coverage benefits
  • Maintain calendars for appointments
  • Greeting visitors
