Full time GA Atlanta Production Sanitation Food Manufacturing Sanitation

• Follow the Company’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and Code of Ethics, as well as all material handling, dock and security safety.
• Work in either a refrigerated or unconditioned environment.
• Pay $19.50 an HR
• Demonstrated ability to operate or perform one(1) set (A or B) of the following as certified by a supervisor:
  • Platform A
    • Disassemble and re-assemble packaging equipment (Lines 1-4, 5, 9 and Pouch Lines) or (6, 7, 8 Tub, Gallon, Retail and Totes/Pail Lines)
    • External cleaning of packaging equipment
    • Diaphragm pump cleaning
  • Platform B
    • Clean in Place (CIP) of High Shear, Cooker Cooler and System 3 C/D
    • CIP of Rails
    • External cleaning of Decks
    • Buttermilk Admix System cleaning
• Platform A
  • Disassemble and re-assemble packaging equipment (Lines 1-4, 5, 9 and Pouch Lines) or (6, 7, 8 Tub, Gallon, Retail and Totes/Pail Lines)
  • External cleaning of packaging equipment
  • Diaphragm pump cleaning
• Comprehend and follow verbal instructions, written short correspondence and memos.
• Start Time 9pm until 8 hrs or 12 with over time.
• Demonstrated ability to operate or perform the following as certified by a supervisor: Clean Out of Place (COP) tanks, floor cleaning / Boost, drain cleaning, safe chemical use, palletizer cleaning, empty and clean trash cans, and cleaning the tank farm.
• Disassemble and re-assemble packaging equipment (Lines 1-4, 5, 9 and Pouch Lines) or (6, 7, 8 Tub, Gallon, Retail and Totes/Pail Lines)
• Diaphragm pump cleaning
• Buttermilk Admix System cleaning
• Clean in Place (CIP) of High Shear, Cooker Cooler and System 3 C/D
• Stay up-to-date on all Computer Based Training (CBT)
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• External cleaning of packaging equipment
• External cleaning of Decks
• Platform B
  • Clean in Place (CIP) of High Shear, Cooker Cooler and System 3 C/D
  • CIP of Rails
  • External cleaning of Decks
  • Buttermilk Admix System cleaning
• CIP of Rails
• Frequently stand and walk. Sitting, using hands to lift or move, reaching with hands and arms.
