:
  • Demonstrated ability to operate basic skill level position(s)
  • Pay per hour $26.00
  • Support supervisor in daily activities and special projects
  • Evaluate manufacturing equipment for safety and functionality
  • Demonstrated ability to operate three(3) production lines within a platform as certified by a supervisor; (Pit/Checkweigher, Washout B, Filler, Robot, Klik-Loc, etc.)
  • Motivate workers to enhance production quantity and at the same time maintain high production standards
  • Coach and train associates on equipment and procedures
  • Act as a training partner for other employees
  • Frequently stand and walk. Sitting, using hands to lift or move, reaching with hands and arms.
  • Monitor workers on site during production activities to ensure adherence to ethics and safety procedures
  • Perform autonomous maintenance on equipment
  • Demonstrated ability to operate a Skilled Position as certified by a supervisor
  • Start time 5:30am until 8 hrs or 12 hrs with overtime.
  • Maintain Power Industrial Truck (PIT) license for pallet jack
  • Demonstrated ability to operate one(1) production line, including maintain the necessary paperwork, as certified by a supervisor
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
  • Maintain team area communication board including operation goals, safety and quality metrics
  • Palletizer
    • Maintain Power Industrial Truck (PIT) license for pallet jack
    • Demonstrated ability to operate one(1) production line, including maintain the necessary paperwork, as certified by a supervisor
    • Demonstrated ability to operate three(3) production lines within a platform as certified by a supervisor; (Pit/Checkweigher, Washout B, Filler, Robot, Klik-Loc, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to operate all production lines within two platforms of business unit as certified by a supervisor; (Pit/Checkweigher, Washout B, Filler, Robot, Klik-Loc, etc.)
  • Packager
    • Demonstrated ability to operate basic skill level position(s)
  • Check finished products to ensure quality and that standards are met before they are declared ready for use
  • Ensure that work materials are present where and when needed
  • Demonstrated ability to operate a Technical Position as certified by a supervisor
  • Stay up-to-date on all Computer Based Training (CBT)
  • Follow the Company’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Safety Policy including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and Code of Ethics, as well as all material handling, dock and security safety.
  • Maintain Power Industrial Truck (PIT) license for forklift
  • Comprehend and follow verbal instructions, written short correspondence and memos.
    • Packager
      • Demonstrated ability to operate basic skill level position(s)
    • Palletizer
      • Maintain Power Industrial Truck (PIT) license for pallet jack
      • Demonstrated ability to operate one(1) production line, including maintain the necessary paperwork, as certified by a supervisor
      • Demonstrated ability to operate three(3) production lines within a platform as certified by a supervisor; (Pit/Checkweigher, Washout B, Filler, Robot, Klik-Loc, etc.)
  • Conduct work tasks in a safe manner, following all safety procedures
  • Operate as backfill for vacation or absences in team area as well as break relief
  • Work in either a refrigerated or unconditioned environment.
  • Act as safe behavior example for team
  • Demonstrated ability to operate palletizers (1/3, 2/4, Tub, Retail or Gallon) including maintain the necessary paperwork, as certified by a supervisor
  • Maintain area cleanliness standards including end-of-shift check-out procedures
  • Create work schedule for team members and communicate it
