A Specialist role is to effectively and efficiently communicate, facilitate, co-ordinate, and prioritize all activities and production within the facility. This position requires working closely with other support groups particularly Quality Control and Maintenance to insure consistent product quality, productivity and safety. The Specialist will make assignments and monitor progress, co-ordinate training, develop associates in their area of responsibility. The Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing continuous improvement activities that address safety, quality, and efficiency. Shift Leads must have in-depth knowledge of their entire operational area and recognized as an expert in multiple technologies. The Lead role requires strong leadership, process and system ownership, communication, interpersonal and team building skills to support site objectives.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Champion owner of the sanitation electric documentation on Weever for the VIC site
• Push for 100% completion with the sites MSS
• Step in as back up lead when needed.
• Plan and schedule weekly's, quarterly's, yearly's and special projects for all departments

Total rewards at Mars includes base pay, competitive benefits, and annual bonus (if position is eligible). The full-time pay range for this role is:

USD 24.81 - USD 37.22
