Role Overview
As our Financial Planner and Analyst, you'll be the driving force behind our financial success. Your responsibilities will involve diving into complex financial data, creating impactful models, and collaborating closely with department heads and executive leadership to optimize operational efficiency. Your insights will shape the future of our organization, allowing us to make informed decisions that drive growth and success.
What You'll Do
Partner with operations leadership to develop robust and accurate growth models across multiple geographies. Your expertise will be crucial as our care team expands rapidly over the next 12 months.
Utilize your data-driven decision-making skills to assist in hiring decisions, ensuring adequate staffing while considering cash flow implications.
Prepare insightful financial reports, providing valuable analysis to budget holders and supporting their performance improvement efforts.
Collaborate in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, covering Opex, below EBITDA items, CAPEX, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Support fundraising activities with your metric gathering and modeling expertise.
Create clear and well-formatted models to analyze and forecast revenue, costs, and other key metrics for the business.
Maintain planning software, keeping headcount and actuals updated on a monthly basis.
What We're Looking For
An Excel whiz with a passion for financial modeling and analysis.
Experience in financial planning and analysis, coupled with operations modeling and forecasting skills.
The ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, handling multiple deadlines with ease.
Healthcare, NetSuite, and SQL experience would be a big plus.
Previous work in the healthcare or related industry, or within a fast-paced startup environment, is highly advantageous.
