Create a Welcoming Space: Keep our reception area neat and organized, reflecting the professionalism and friendly atmosphere of our business hub.
Support and Organize: Assist with various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and keeping office supplies stocked.
Manage the Flow: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with precision.
Stay Organized: Maintain accurate participant databases, contact lists, and records of interactions with stakeholders.
Be Responsive: Respond to emails and phone calls promptly and professionally, offering accurate information or routing questions to the right team members.
Event Enthusiast: Support our event coordination efforts by helping plan, coordinate logistics, and execute exciting workshops, seminars, and networking events.
Team Player: Be a versatile team player, ready to take on other tasks as assigned by management.

Positive Energy: High school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
