Responsibilities
As a Parts Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining an adequate supply of parts for our field service mechanics and customers. Your friendly and customer-centric approach will help us meet the diverse aftermarket needs of our clients. Here's what you'll be doing:
Collaborate with the Service Center Manager to manage parts inventory effectively.
Ensure a seamless process by reordering parts as needed.
Become a master of parts identification using our cross-reference file.
Provide our customers with expert advice on recommended parts inventory and assist them with parts catalogs and PSO cards.
Keep meticulous records of parts assigned to our skilled field service mechanics and ensure any unused parts are returned to inventory.
Prioritize urgent orders and expedite daily parts shipments for quick and efficient delivery.
Be the reliable point of contact for customers during after-hours for any parts-related queries.
Champion warranty claim handling and follow through to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in maintaining a safe and eco-friendly environment by supporting proper storage and disposal of controlled waste.
