Your Role in Making a Difference
As the Vice President of Marketing, you will lead our Marketing division, steering the creation, implementation, and oversight of effective marketing strategies that align with our organizational objectives and long-term success. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you will oversee various promotional initiatives from start to finish, encompassing paid advertising campaigns and digital marketing methods.
Key Responsibilities
Devise and execute a coherent marketing plan to heighten brand recognition and contribute to sales achievements.
Manage, monitor, and optimize the marketing budget.
Supervise all marketing campaigns, making enhancements as necessary; deliver clear and concise reports to stakeholders.
Cultivate a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, including benchmarking, campaigns, activities, products, and outcomes.
Conduct comprehensive market analyses to pinpoint challenges and growth opportunities.
Leverage SEO expertise and web analytics insights to craft dynamic and impactful marketing strategies.
Master the utilization of Everstory's CRM software and the seamless integration of marketing tools for effective lead generation.
Prioritize marketing endeavors and allocate resources judiciously.
Provide guidance and inventive concepts to bolster successful marketing campaigns and undertakings.
Foster relationships with third-party marketing vendors, effectively managing these partnerships.
Prepare media declarations and press releases as required.
Offer direction, supervision, coaching, and development to the members of the of the marketing team.
Collect and organize metrics and information to regularly share with the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and pertinent stakeholders.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Over 8 years of experience overseeing all facets of a Marketing team.
Demonstrated proficiency in managing both in-person and remote workforces, with the ability to motivate teams across diverse environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, characterized by professionalism, friendliness, and positivity in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and precise formatting.
Proficiency in relevant software, including CRM, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Adobe PRO, Monday.com, Slack, Google Chrome, HRIS, and ATS software.
Work Environment
The role is primarily based at the Florida Support Center, with the potential for up to 15% business travel.
