About The Role
As an Outside Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to enhance the company's sales philosophy. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the sales team to achieve optimal performance and sustainable growth. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with decision-makers in healthcare organizations across the United States and customize solutions to address their information management challenges. We value a positive attitude and a commitment to doing things the right way, even when it's challenging.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to maximize performance and foster sustainable growth.
Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers within healthcare organizations nationwide.
Gain a deep understanding of potential clients' information management challenges and provide tailored solutions.
Engage in proactive outreach, including making 100 cold-calls per week and following up with 50 phone/email interactions per week.
Attend 4-6 conferences annually to expand your network and enhance our market presence.
Education And Experience
Minimum college education required.
At least 3 years of experience in healthcare service/technology sales.
Proficiency in using Salesforce or other comparable CRM systems.
Knowledge of Georgia and Florida healthcare relationships is advantageous but not mandatory.
Requirements
Goal-oriented, strategic, organized, data-driven, and tenacious.
Enjoys cold-calling and possesses active listening skills.
Must successfully pass a clean drug screen and a pre-employment background check.
Reliable transportation and a consistently professional demeanor are essential.
