Position: Elementary Principal
Location: Athens Office or Work from Home within Alabama
Responsibilities

Inspire and Lead: Cultivate a team of teachers who exhibit professionalism, exceptional instructional support, and top-notch customer service, inspiring them to bring out the best in every student.
Individualized Student Success: Ensure the academic triumph of each student by utilizing available academic support and maintaining open communication with parents to address individual needs.
Foster Growth and Development: Play an integral role in the school improvement plan, driving progress toward annual goals, and assisting in program changes and technology advancements.
Engage and Connect: Be the bridge between our school and families, participating in parent outreach activities through informational meetings and virtual gatherings.
Champion Student Well-being: Handle any student challenges escalated by parents and teachers, providing the necessary support and guidance.
Promote a Thriving Community: Create a vibrant school community through in-person field trips around the state and engaging virtual activities.
Support and Empower: Supervise and evaluate our dedicated staff, ensuring a cohesive team that delivers exceptional education.
Requirements
Alabama Administrative credential required
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience and some administrative or management experience
Strong leadership qualities with a commitment to goal-directed management and accountability
An interest in leveraging technology to advance educational delivery and school management
Advanced degree preferred
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Willingness to travel for state testing, information sessions, and meetings
Customer-focused approach
Highly flexible with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A team player with strong technological proficiency
