Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Create business development plans for target accounts

Lead deal identification; generate and evaluate strategic and financing ideas and options for clients

Pitch and execute strategic advisory transactions with the support of the healthcare team and corporate M&A, where appropriate.

Provide guidance to junior staff and review of client presentations, analysis and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).

Good personal time management skills.

Review documentation prepared by legal counsel as to their accuracy meeting all requirements of loan requests.

Adhere and comply with all requirements of watch list and EDD procedures.

Knowledge of credit underwriting, basic accounting and loan documentation.

Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Good level of interpersonal and social skills needed to interact with customers.

Support the analysis, business planning, and performance management of business growth opportunities (e.g., new practices, mergers and acquisitions, etc.)

7+ years of progressive experience with current responsibilities of FP&A, financial modeling, or data analytics activities

PE Backed Healthcare industry experience required

Experience analyzing financial and business operational data together for greater insights

Target compensation $160-175K base plus annual bonus and amazing benefits array.

Create reports for KPIs, including business performance, dynamic capacity planning, utilization, and market analytics

Work with South Division to manage financial and operational performance

Demonstrate knowledge to tie data to help drive patient care

BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field

7+ years of relevant, high-impact financial experience

Experience communicating complex thoughts in a clear, concise, and timely manner both in written and oral form

5+ years of experience in pharmacy or PBM
