Job Description

Company Background

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health (https://www.devereux.org) changes lives – by unlocking and nurturing human potential for people living with emotional, behavioral, or cognitive differences. In 1912, a young Philadelphia teacher named Helena Trafford Devereux became discouraged as she saw, firsthand, that children with special needs were underserved by the public education system. Believing she could do better; she began teaching some of these children in her own home. She strongly believed that children, regardless of the level of their disabilities, could learn and achieve personal growth in an environment tailored to their needs. Today, Devereux’s core values are Compassion, Knowledge, Collaboration, Dedication, Learning, and Progress. Devereux has embraced a Servant Leadership philosophy to create an enhanced work environment where employees feel empowered to voice ideas that will benefit the individuals and families we serve, along with staff, external partners, and their overall organization.
