Project Executive - Commercial Construction

Our client is a top Construction Company and has a superb reputation in the Greater Chicago Area. They are seeking a talented leader to provide oversight of multiple projects/clients and and teams internally and work closely with the stakeholders, employees, clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• This is a leadership position where company wide strategies are developed and rolled out organizationally
• Company wide project team oversight and leadership
• Safety team and program oversight
• Staffing, recruiting and retention
• Scheduling, subcontractor relations, design team collaboration
• Field Operations oversight

Desired Experience:

• Strong people leadership experience
• 10+ years Commercial Construction Management experience
• Strong technical competencies from design, engineering, working with the city, state and federal agencies, project precon, ground breaking, scheduling and delivery
• Large Ground Up Project Experience
