Job Summary
This role provides administrative support to Executive Leadership and Board of Directors and provides administrative support and assistance to other ONB leaders as directed. This role has supervisory responsibilities and also provides leadership to administrative staff throughout the footprint.
Key Accountabilities
Administrative Support
  • Maintain office organization
  • Prepare & distribute reports, presentations, spreadsheets as needed
  • Assist in projects as directed by Executive Leadership
  • Provide administrative support to other ONB leaders as directed.
  • Review, approve, and manage invoices and expense reimbursements for various executives
  • Provide full administrative support to Executive ONB Leadership & Board of Directors
  • Ensure timely and appropriate handling of sensitive documents and communications
  • Serve as point of contact for Executive Leadership & Board of Directors
  • Coordinate, schedule, and participate in meetings and events as needed
  • Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for Executive Leadership & Board of Directors
  • Maintain confidentiality while working on key projects and initiatives
Leadership
  • Provide leadership to administrative staff throughout the footprint
  • Executive Assistant Supervision

Qualifications And Education Requirements
  • Proficient in organizational tasks, filing, and general office skills; detail-oriented
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience leading people and teams
  • Ability to communicate with team members at all levels within the organizations
  • Minimum 3-5 years of administrative/banking experience supporting executives
  • Ability to understand the priorities of the executive leaders and provide efficient support
  • Ability to maintain the security of confidential information
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Possess general knowledge of company operations and procedures
  • Must be able to multitask and manage changing priorities and deadlines
